Philadelphia 76ers at Milwaukee Bucks
- Leg 1: Damian Lillard 8+ Assists (+105)
- Leg 2: Giannis Antetokounmpo 30+ Points (-195)
- Leg 3: Tyrese Maxey 25+ Points (-170)
I played Dame’s assists the other night, and I will gladly go back to the well in this spot. They have been a funnel for assists over the past month or so. Lillard knows this himself and had nine against them on February 25. Other Point Guards to face them recently include:
- Jalen Brunson (9, 8, and 12 assists)
- Dennis Schroder (8)
- Luka Doncic (10)
- Vasilije Micic (7)
- Darius Garland (9 and 9)
- Tyus Jones (9)
- Trae Young (12)
Khris Middleton is nearing a return but has been ruled out in this one. Without him in the fold, Lillard has seven or more assists in eight of his last 14, averaging 7.1 per game.
More often than not he’ll be dishing it out to the face of Milwaukee, Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak put up 30 in that game against Philly a couple of weeks back and is averaging 30.8 points per game on the season. He has found at least 30 points in nine of his last 12. Without Joel Embiid’s presence down low, no one is stopping Giannis from putting up 30.
The only way this game stays close is if Tyrese Maxey scores and this is the matchup for him to do just that. The Bucks continue to get torched by Point Guards, allowing the third most points per game to the position, and fourth most across the last 30 days. Over the last week, we have seen De’Aaron Fox (29), D’Angelo Russell (44), and Stephen Curry (29) all exceed this number, and so should Maxey here. He only played 28 minutes in his return to the floor last game due to a blowout, but the Bucks aren’t usually one to dominate their opponents.

Washington Wizards at Houston Rockets
- Leg 1: Jabari Smith Jr. Double-Double (-165)
- Leg 2: Jalen Green 25+ Points (+100)
- Leg 3: Fred VanVleet 8+ Assists (-170)
Alperen Sengun will likely miss the rest of the season for the Rockets due to a severe ankle sprain. With their dynamic starting Center out of the picture, there will be a few names to step up. The most obvious will probably be Jabari Smith Jr, starting at five. This is an incredible matchup for him to work inside the paint and rack up plenty of boards along the way. The Wizards have consistently been torched by opposing Centers this season, permitting the most points and boards to the position on the season. Smith led the team with nine boards last game without Sengun and should be able to find a 10th in this one, along with at least 10 points.
Jalen Green will likely be the one to step up the most in the scoring department. Per CourtIQ, without Alperen Sengun on the floor, Green leads the team in usage rate, as well as field goal attempts, and averages 26.99 points per 36 minutes. He didn’t have his best showing last game against San Antonio but did have a triple-double along with 26 points in his only other game without Sengun this season. The Wizards have allowed the second-most points to Shooting Guards over the last 30 days too.
Sengun was second on the team in assists and averaged five per game. I’d expect most of that dishing to go to the man who leads the team in assists, Fred VanVleet. He had 16 potential assists last game without him, but his teammates only converted on seven of them. The Wizards have allowed the third most assists to Point Guards this season and FVV is averaging eight per game on the season as it is.
